Terms of Use

Effective September 6, 2026.

These Terms govern your use of SEOFlag at seoflag.com (“the service”). By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

SEOFlag fetches a web page you specify, runs automated checks on it, and presents a scored report with suggestions. The free report shows a subset of the checks; the full report is a paid, one-time purchase per scan when payments are enabled.

Not professional advice, no ranking guarantees

Reports are automated, informational, and based on general SEO practice at the time of the scan. They are not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, or revenue, and they are not professional consulting. Search engines change their criteria; use your own judgement before acting on a suggestion.

Acceptable use

  • Only scan pages that are publicly accessible. Do not use the service against sites where scanning would breach the site’s terms or the law.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent scan limits, probe internal or private networks, or use the service to overload any website.
  • Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts or purchased reports, or to obtain locked report content without paying for it.
  • Do not resell or automate access to the service without our written permission.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access that breaches these rules.

Accounts

You need an account to buy reports and to see your scans in one place. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time by emailing info@seoflag.com.

Purchases and refunds

A full report is a one-time purchase for a specific scan and is delivered immediately after payment. Prices are shown before checkout and are processed by Stripe. Because the report is digital content delivered on purchase, you agree that delivery begins immediately and that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the report is unlocked, except where the law says otherwise. If a report fails to unlock after a successful payment, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

Reports you create

Free reports are reachable by anyone who has the report link; treat the link as you would any shareable URL. We store scanned URLs and results to serve the report and to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of the pages you scan.

Intellectual property

The service, its checks, text, design, and the SEOFlag name and mark belong to SEOFlag. You may share your own reports and quote short excerpts with attribution. Other names, logos, and trademarks referenced in a report belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOFlag disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that scans will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOFlag and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service, including decisions made in reliance on a report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes are noted at the top of this page.
